Our original unit, a 1991 WV LT has taken us all around the country over the past few years. Bought in 2012, she has seen many a chip through her doors and keeps going strong! Representing the beautiful colours of ‘la boca’ in Buenos Aires, the van brings vibrancy and energy to every event it attends.
The Chip Inn
NEW FOR 2017! The Chip Inn is our new concept currently under construction which is gonna take the cheesy chip game to the next level. The Inn not only serves our delicious chips but will display a suspended raclette out of its corner. Customers will be able to witness the cheese drip straight down onto their chips in front of their eyes. We cant wait for the summer to start to take her out…
